With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, David has generated over $85 million in sales and created over 3,000 jobs throughout his career. Today, David continues to be a leader in the business world; he has been involved in the cannabis industry since 2016 and is one of the founding members of the Association québécoise de l’industrie du cannabis.

Michel Timperio is a renowned administrator who plays an essential role in the positioning of many fast-growing companies and organizations, as well as in large business segments. Michel worked as Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Business Development for 16 years at Neptune Solutions Bien-être Inc., where he contributed to creating a new line of products. Gifted with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, he founded a company in the residential construction sector and distinguished himself in large companies such as Armstrong World Industries and Reichhold Chemicals, where he held senior management positions in business development. Michel also worked as a municipal councillor and member of the executive committee of one of the largest cities in Quebec for 20 years. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board for Origine Nature, Michel Timperio is one of the co-founders of the Quebec Hemp and Cannabis Industry Association (AQIC).

A seasoned entrepreneur who’s known and respected across Quebec, Dominique is the founder and president of Rouge marketing, a communications marketing agency. Born in Mont-Tremblant and with projects across North America and Europe, Dominique has invested in Origine Nature since the very beginning and has helped spread the word about the business and all its brands.

Owner of the Casey’s Bar and Grill franchise in Mont-Tremblant, the Saint-Hubert restaurant in Saint-Jovite for over 20 years, and Aviva Solutions Inc., Anthony leverages his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, as well as his extensive experience in the technology field. Throughout his career, Anthony has been the founder, major investor, business broker, buyer and seller of dozens of companies. These experiences have shaped his belief in building winning teams and a sound private equity strategy. His mantra is a quote from Samuel Smiles, author and British government reformer: “We learn far more wisdom from failure than from success.”

John C. Campbell is an experienced professional who has worked in Canada and other countries assisting companies in corporate governance, public listings, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and internal controls. He brings his knowledge and expertise to numerous public and private companies by advising and serving on boards of directors. From 1992 to 2017, he was a partner with PwC, an international network specializing in auditing, accountancy, tax and consulting. John is a licensed CPA, CA in Québec and a CPA in the State of Illinois. He also holds the ICD. D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
