David Bow
Président, CEO
With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, David has generated over $85 million in sales and created over 3000 jobs over the course of his career. Today, David continues to be a leader in the business world; he has been involved in the cannabis industry since 2016 and is one of the founding members of the Association québécoise de l’industrie du cannabis.
Mathieu Laverdure
VP Operations
With his extensive experience in production, management and customer service, Mathieu takes care of the certification of the license application process. As the Director of Operations at Origine Nature, Mathieu also oversees the production and quality assurance of each and every strain that’s part of the Origine Nature brand.
Rachel Durso
Vice-President, Administration
With over 20 years of experience in administration and human resources, Rachel ensures smooth organizational operations at Origine Nature. She also oversees recruitment and the overall management of the different work teams. Efficient, organized and with a keen business sense, Rachel administers the daily management of the organization with understanding and passion.
Gaston Duplan
Vice-President, Quality assurance (QAP)
Having built his career at various, well-known pharmaceutical companies, Gaston has more than 20 years’ experience leading quality assurance and managing laboratory analysis, project units, development and validation. With an academic background focused on biochemistry and eco-industrial toxicology, he is a key figure in helping us achieve quality standards and ensuring the safety of all Origine Nature brands.
Dominique Laverdure
Vice-President, Marketing
A seasoned entrepreneur who’s known and respected across Quebec, Dominique is the founder and president of the communications marketing agency Rouge marketing. Born in Mont-Tremblant and with projects across North America and Europe, Dominique invested in Origine Nature at the very beginning and has helped spread the word about the business and all of its commercial brands ever since.
Alexandre Gauthier
Vice-President, R&D and Director of Cultivation
A rising star in the Canadian cannabis industry, Alexandre Gauthier manages Origine Nature’s cultivation team and is Vice-President of R & D. His passion for the plant and desire to unravel all its mysteries have motivated him to get actively involved in the industry since cannabis was first legalized for medical use. Thanks to his extensive professional experience, Alexandre quickly earned the title of Master Grower, and he is known for having supported a variety of organizations in producing and selling premium cannabis while ensuring irreproachable traceability. In 2022, Alexandre was named Top Grower of the Year in Canada’s Top Grower Award, a distinction which speaks to his passion for cannabis and impressive knowledge of the plant.
Louis Gingras, CPA, CA
Vice-President, Finance
With a vast and varied experience of over 25 years, mainly for SMEs in the distribution and manufacturing sectors, Louis is responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. As CFO, he will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, oversee the systems of internal control over both financial management and financial reporting, and monitor development costs.
